2) Core Web Vitals

Core Web Vitals are a set of different metrics. It is basically used by Google to measure the user experience of your website. Google does not rank your website based only on backlinks and keywords anymore.

It also checks how users interact with your website.

3) Domain Authority

Domain authority, developed by Moz, is a search engine ranking score ranging from 0 to 100. It predicts how likely a website is to rank on search engine results pages.

4) Keyword Rankings

You are publishing content regularly. But do you know where your pages actually appear on Google? That is what keyword rankings tell you.

Keyword rankings show you the position of your website pages in Google search results for specific keywords.

It means if you are targeting a specific keyword, but your page is ranking on the 3rd page of the search engine, it is almost invisible to the users.

Then enter your domain and click on the “Set up tracking”. Then select the search engine, device, location, and language from the dialog box that opens, and click on the “Continue To Keywords”. 

Then add your target keywords and click on the “Add keywords to campaign”. 

After that, click on the “Start Tracking” button. 

You can check your keyword rankings and visibility there.

This is important to track. Rankings change constantly. A page that was on position 3 last month might have dropped to position 15 this month. And you would not even know unless you are tracking it.

5) Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Click-through rate is the percentage of users who saw your page in the SERPs and clicked on it. If the CTR of your pages is high, it signals that your meta titles and meta descriptions are relevant and strong enough to compel the user to click on them. 

Here is the formula to calculate the CTR:

A low CTR means people are seeing your pages in search engines, but they are not clicking on them. Either your title is not interesting enough or your meta description is not convincing. You are getting impressions but not the traffic.

A good CTR also sends a positive signal to Google. It tells Google that people find your result relevant and useful. This can help improve your rankings over time.

So even if you are ranking well, a poor CTR means you are losing a lot of traffic.
